Safeguard your referral program from misuse by enabling our fraud protection features.
Go to the “Referrals -> Settings” menu and click on “Fraud protection” section.
Ensure fairness in your referral program by restricting promoters from earning rewards on their own purchases.
How it works:
If an promoter uses their own referral link, the discount will still apply to their purchase, but they will not qualify to receive the promoter reward.
Promoter Rewards Policy:
Promoters are eligible for rewards only when their referred friend completes a purchase directly through the shared referral link. The reward will be granted only after the friend’s order has been successfully fulfilled.
Ensure discounts are exclusive to new customers. If a referred customer has previously made a purchase in your store, the discount code will not be valid.
Stop promoters from referring themselves by ensuring the discount is not applied when the referred customer’s details match the promoters IP Address.
Enhance your referral links by adding a custom image. This image will be displayed whenever your promoters share their referral links on social media platforms.
