Sending a Manual Review Request Email

Kickstart your review collection by reaching out to customers who have used your products. Their reviews will enhance your credibility, boost interest in your new offerings, and drive increased order volume.

To send Manual review request email

Navigate to “Reviews – Collect reviews” and click on “Manual review request” section

• Enter your customer’s email address. Add multiple addresses to send review requests to several customers at once

• Choose the product(s) you’d like to request a review for. You can select up to 5 products per email

• Personalize the subject line of the email.

• Click “Send email”.
