Enable customers to submit video reviews along with their text feedback. Video reviews allow for a more personal and engaging review experience, helping potential buyers see products in action and hear firsthand experiences. You can choose to offer incentives, such as discounts, to encourage customers to include videos in their reviews
Navigate to “Reviews – Collect reviews” and select “Video reviews” section.
When enabled, customers can upload photos, upload videos, or record videos directly from the review form.
Customers can also share their product experience by recording a video.
Note: Dropstars supports video files that meet the following criteria:
In the widget, a thumbnail of the attached video is displayed, allowing users to preview the video before clicking to view the full content in an enlarged floating window
When a video review is clicked on a Dropstars widget, a floating window will pop up. This window will display the video in an enlarged format, along with the review’s complete content, the submission date, and the reviewer’s name for a more detailed viewing experience.
