How to Prevent Dropstars Emails from Being Sent

To unsubscribe from Dropstars emails, you can manage your preferences directly through the Dropstars platform. This allows you to stop receiving their emails with ease.

Review Request Emails

To disable Dropstars from sending review request emails:

Navigate to “Reviews – Collect reviews” and select “Review request timing” section.

• Set the “Email timing” to “Never.”

Review Reminder Emails

Review reminder emails are sent to customers who received a review request email but have not submitted a review within 7 days of the initial request.

To disable Dropstars from sending review reminder emails:

Navigate to “Reviews – Collect reviews” and select “Emails” section.

• Click on “Review request reminder” option
• Set the “Send Reminder” to “Off.”

Photo/Video Reminder Emails

Photo reminder emails are sent to customers who have submitted a text-only review, encouraging them to add a photo or video to their review.

To disable Dropstars from sending photo/video reminder emails:

Navigate to “Reviews – Collect reviews” and select “Emails” section.

• Click on “Review request reminder” option
• Select  “Send photo/video reminder” to “Never”
